This week's guests are Daphne Wysham an early supporter of Solutionary Rail and Dr. John Talberth, both from the Center for Sustainable Economy. Daphne will speak about their work and Portland's ban on new fossil fuel infrastructure as described in her recent Nation article.  John will explain the CSE proposal for "Fossil fuel risk bond programs" – a policy innovation that would shift the profound economic risks related to fossil fuel to the the fossil fuel industry.  See the CSE report HERE
