The Washington State Legislature is being fined $100,000 a day by the Washington State Supreme Court for contempt after the court ordered the state to do their #1 job and the state refused. Since the legislature refuses to fulfill their PARAMOUNT constitutional duty, that is to fully fund public education, we decided to let the legislature know what we think about what is happening inside the building. We believe it to be a crime against the students of Washington State, and therefore the scene of the crime should be labeled as such.
