What a difference a week makes? Thanks to friends, colleagues and people I've recently gotten to know or the chance to work with I will be headed to the People's Summit in Chicago Friday, the Backbone Campaign Localize This! direct action camp next week in Washington State and it looks like the Democratic National Convention with Pacifica/KPFK in late July (if the secret service approves of my untoward past/that part is sarcasm dgaf) and hopefully the People's Convention before that as well in Philly. I thought summer was going to be pretty boring. Still thinking about Orlando, the Murder Suicide in New Mexico, the 7 people who were killed by gun violence in Chicago over the weekend, and a the people in Panorama City killed as a result of gun violence this weekend as well, and countless others.
