News coverage of last Monday's Backbone Campaign action in Seattle to relieve the Army Corp of Engineers of duty for failure to take into account the cumulative effects of the proposed coal export terminal, including climate change and ocean acidification. They were also demanding a new Federal process that will take these into account for all the other proposed coal, oil, and gas, export facilities in the Northwest.
