The injury of Citizens United vs FEC is likely to be compounded by the insult of McCutcheon VS the FEC. \n\nMcCutcheon VS the FEC threatens functionally removes all remaining protections against Federal elections being anything more than auctions by removing limits on contributions to candidates in Federal elections.
